Uniform Policy
In order to ensure student safety and increase school pride, students must wear the Ben Parker T-shirt. The school uniform is the Benjamin Parker T-shirt, bottoms of the child’s choice, and appropriate, safe footwear. Please ensure that the bottoms are appropriate for school (i.e. not too short). Outerwear (jackets and sweaters) can be worn over a school uniform, however, it must have a zippered or buttoned front closure. Students are not allowed to wear hoods while on campus.
Uniform T-shirts can be purchased from Kula Threads online. All students are expected to wear the uniform daily, upon entering and until leaving the campus.
Students who DO NOT wear the uniform must report to the office. If loaner uniform shirts are available, students will be asked to exchange the shirt they are wearing for the loaner, and wear the loaned uniform for the remainder of the day. Students will need to go to the office after school to return the loaner in exchange for their personal shirt. If no loaner shirts are available, either the student or the school will call the parent/guardian to bring a uniform t-shirt so that the student can change. After three (3) times of students not having a uniform t-shirt, the student will serve detention with the administrator.
Ben Parker t-shirts for other activities (i.e. CCLC, Physical Fitness, etc.) CANNOT be worn in place of the uniform t-shirt.
On Free Dress/Spirit Days, quarterly 5R’s assemblies and School Picture Taking Days, students do not have to wear the uniform T-shirts. Students are able to wear non-uniform related attire that is appropriate and modest
